Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the general ledger ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes within NetSuite
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing procedures
• Perform detailed bank reconciliations and monitor daily cash flow
• Prepare mandatory tax filings including VAT, VIES, and SAF-T
• Support the Head of Finance CEE with ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting
• Optimize NetSuite workflows to increase departmental efficiency

Requirements

• 3–5 years of solid accounting experience
• Proven proficiency in NetSuite ERP
• Advanced Excel skills
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a similar field
• Fluency in English
• Analytical mindset and proactivity

Preferred Qualifications

• CECCAR certification
