Responsibilities
- Translate between customers’ finance teams and the product team by turning accounting edge cases into product requirements
- Lead complex customer implementations and design workflows for modern B2B businesses
- Build playbooks, enablement materials, and content to help customers and teammates ramp quickly
- Surface field patterns and feedback back to the Product team
- Act as an in-house expert on modern finance organization standards
Requirements
- 2–10 years of experience in accounting, audit, or finance
- Strong grasp of revenue recognition (ASC 606), accounts receivable, and the contract-to-cash lifecycle
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Genuine excitement about software, AI, and building tools for finance teams
Preferred Qualifications
- CPA certification or equivalent
- Experience in Big 4 audit, a controller role, or a high-growth startup finance organization
- Interest in working directly with clients in customer-facing roles
