About the Company

The group's central units are organized as Shared Services within synava and support the companies group-wide, providing networked, future-oriented software solutions for healthcare institutions.

Responsibilities

• Independent execution of ongoing financial accounting for several domestic and foreign subsidiaries (accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger)
• Preparation and timely submission of VAT advance notifications, Summary Statements (ZM), and other statistical reports (e.g., Intrastat)
• Support in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB
• Reconciliation and maintenance of accounts and processing of accounting matters
• Participation in the optimization and standardization of accounting processes in the Shared Service Center
• Close cooperation with colleagues from other departments as well as with tax advisors and auditors

Requirements

• Completed commercial training, ideally with further training in financial accounting or balance sheet accounting
• Professional experience in financial accounting, preferably with a focus on managing multiple companies
• Knowledge of preparing and submitting VAT and statistical reports
• Experience with Sage 100 or comparable accounting software is an advantage
• Very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel
• Structured, precise, and solution-oriented way of working
• Ability to work in a team, sense of responsibility, and service orientation
