Responsibilities

• Review and verify incoming invoices for accuracy and policy adherence
• Reconcile credit card charges and verify coding accuracy
• Manage cash flows and perform bank reconciliations
• Maintain vendor information within Workday
• Prepare and analyze financial reports
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Assist with ad hoc projects and prepare annual 1099s

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 1-3 years of accounting experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• High degree of sensitivity and discretion with confidential information
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry experience in family offices, private investment firms, or public accounting
• Knowledge of Workday
