Responsibilities

• Close the books with 95%+ accuracy at least 3 days before each monthly Financials Meeting
• Execute accounting tasks on time and with precision
• Offer strategic financial insights to influence key company decisions
• Handle corporate and personal transactions efficiently
• Manage the CEO’s personal financial management with high confidentiality
• Collaborate with team members and solve problems analytically

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
• Experience with full books reconciliation for an entire company
• High volume processing experience
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books, Wave, or FreshBooks
• Strong grasp of accounting and corporate finance principles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High level of attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional Accounting experience
• 1+ year of experience in analysis or budgeting
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Experience with financial forecasting and statistical analysis
