About the Company

RUBAU has been operating in the construction sector in Spain for several decades, with projects in infrastructure, building, and marine construction. The company is expanding internationally, with operations in South America, Spain, and Poland.

Responsibilities

• Booking purchase invoices, leasing, corporate cards, employee settlements, and bank statements in the ERP system
• Verifying and booking operations related to fixed assets and WNiP
• Verifying bookings and issuing sales invoices, refacturations, and corrections
• Reconciling general ledger and analytical account balances and supervising settlements with contractors
• Settling leasing agreements, RMK, reserves, exchange rate differences, and foreign currency operations
• Verifying transactions for VAT and CIT reporting, preparing JPK_VAT, and preliminary CIT calculations
• Participating in the period closing process and preparing financial statements and management reports
• Preparing declarations and reports for GUS and NBP
• Supporting the Chief Accountant during audits and tax inspections

Requirements

• Higher education in finance, accounting, or related fields
• Minimum 3 years of experience in full accounting
• Good knowledge of tax and balance sheet laws and accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• English language proficiency at B1/B2 level
• Analytical thinking and ability to work independently
