Responsibilities

• Perform timely and accurate reconciliation of intercompany balances and transactions across legal entities.
• Monitor and maintain Intercompany (ICP) and General Ledger accounts to ensure accurate and complete recording.
• Investigate and resolve reconciliation differences, mismatches, and aging items within agreed timelines.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities related to intercompany accounting.
• Identify root causes of reconciling items and coordinate with O2C, P2P, Treasury, and Tax teams for resolution.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and statutory regulations.
• Provide reconciliation reports and supporting documentation for internal and external audits.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and standardization of reconciliation workflows.

Requirements

• CA, CA-Inter, MBA, or CMA-Inter qualification.
• 3–8 years of professional accounting experience.
• Strong expertise in accounting and intercompany reconciliation processes.
• Proven experience in a reputed Captive or Outsourcing RTR operations environment.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in stakeholder management.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of hands-on exposure to SAP.
• Knowledge of Lean or Process Improvement methodologies.
