Accountant R2P GBS FSSC

Responsibilities

• Execute tasks within the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, including Accounts Payable, Expense Management, and Payments
• Process PO and non-PO invoices accurately and timely
• Supervise and resolve reconciliation and retention exceptions
• Ensure all invoices comply with internal policies and procedures
• Prepare and execute payments according to company policies and schedules
• Manage prepaid invoices and perform periodic tracking
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Control transactions reflected in the accounts payable aging report
• Manage open purchase orders (PO) and pending invoices
• Support month-end closing activities, including reconciliations and provisions
• Audit employee expense reports for accuracy and policy compliance
• Handle internal and external inquiries related to the P2P process
• Collaborate with the P2P team leader on process improvements

Requirements

• Professional degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles
• Strong knowledge of administrative, financial, and accounting processes
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• English proficiency (oral and written)
• Strong analytical and data processing skills
• Detail-oriented and organized

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite or similar ERP systems
