Accountant

Responsibilities

• Prepare general ledger entries by maintaining records and files, and reconciling accounts
• Analyze information and options by developing spreadsheet reports and verifying information
• Research and interpret data to answer accounting and financial questions
• Manage the creation and maintenance of accounting records
• Analyze account costs and processes to identify potential accounting incompliances
• Participate significantly in the preparation of P&L statements
• Make recommendations to improve the quality of accounting procedures
• Complete ProLift specific, regulatory, and equipment training via internal LMS

Requirements

• Knowledge of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• Excellent communication and computer skills
• Basic accounting knowledge with high attention to detail
• Ability to plan, prioritize, organize, and execute daily tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field
