Accountant Payable

Responsibilities

• Review invoices using AI tools
• Record expenses and process third-party payments timely
• Verify supporting documents and book AP invoices in the accounting system
• Assign correct tax codes for purchases
• Propose and submit monthly payment plans
• Reconcile payments between bank and accounting systems
• Complete AP journal entries and month-end reconciliation files
• Support integration processes for new entities

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of experience in accounts payable
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Proficiency in English (speaking and writing)
• Ability to work effectively with foreign colleagues
• Willingness to adapt and a hardworking attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Japanese language readability is a plus
