Responsibilities

• Provide accounting services, payroll, and invoicing for both business and agricultural clients
• Understand the background of financial figures and customer work processes
• Use financial knowledge to simplify customers' daily lives and create added value
• Participate in continuous improvement of processes, competence, and technology use

Requirements

• State-authorized accountant, auditor, or other higher education
• Relevant experience in accounting, auditing, or year-end settlements
• Positive and independent team player with good communication skills
• Methodical and structured approach with a desire to learn
• Strong business understanding and competence
• Good digital system understanding, especially financial systems
• Ability to find solutions through collaboration and enjoy building customer relationships
