Neros is a defense technology company rebuilding America’s drone industrial base. We design and manufacture high-performance unmanned systems that are tested in combat, iterated at startup speed, and built at massive scale.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll-related processes, including invoice handling and coordination
• Assist with financial documentation and reporting
• Maintain and analyze P&L (Profit & Loss) statements and track key financial metrics
• Participate in aligning Ukrainian accounting/reporting with global financial processes
• Support integration of local reporting into NetSuite or QuickBooks

Requirements

• English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher
• Solid understanding of Ukrainian accounting and reporting standards
• Experience with P&L management and financial analysis
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to provide support for FOP accounting
• Experience working with outsourced accounting teams
