Accountant

Responsibilities

• Assist the Accounting Manager with Group and local norms accounting activities
• Handle the entry, verification, control, and consistency of accounting transactions
• Ensure compliance of GL entries with Group referentials and local legislation
• Perform bank reconciliations, accrual accounting, AP, and AR activities
• Manage account reconciliation and justification for internal and external auditors
• Execute closing transactions and reporting in compliance with strict deadlines

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce or CA-Inter
• 0-2 years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of Bank Reconciliation, accrual accounting, AP, and AR
• Fluent written and spoken English communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
• Ability to work under strict deadlines and flexibility during month-end closures

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle ERP
• Experience working in a similar product-based industry
• Exposure to internal financial controls
