We are a fast-growing team with nearly six locations in Germany and are expanding rapidly!

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and receivable across all locations
• Prepare monthly financial reports and account reconciliations
• Handle monthly and annual closings in coordination with stakeholders
• Ensure full compliance with HGB and tax regulations
• Act as the primary contact for auditors and tax advisors
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial insights
• Identify process improvements and support system implementations

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• At least 2 years of accounting experience, ideally in hospitality, retail, or startups
• Strong knowledge of German accounting (HGB) and tax law
• Proficiency in accounting software such as DATEV or SAP
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
• Fluency in German and good command of English
• Ability to work independently in an agile environment

• Experience or personal projects involving the implementation of AI
