Proformance Builder Solutions is a leading B2B construction services provider, specializing in roofing, siding, and house wrap for new residential construction. Founded in 2016, we have completed over 15,000 roofing installations and have recently expanded our service offerings to meet the growing demands of residential builders across the state.

Responsibilities

• Prepare standard journal entries including accruals, prepaid amortization, and recurring entries
• Lead components of the monthly close such as AP/AR review and bank reconciliations
• Reconcile vendor portals and assigned accounts bi-weekly and monthly
• Manage fixed assets and leases within Sage Intacct
• Perform variance analysis on assigned accounts and provide written explanations for fluctuations
• Update operating cash flow and forecasted cash needs weekly
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce manual effort
• Support annual audit requests and prepare PBC schedules
• Supervise aspects of the accounting team including AR or AP specialists

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2–4 years of accounting experience in a structured environment
• Solid understanding of GAAP principles
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (XLookups, Pivot Tables)
• Working knowledge of Sage Intacct or a comparable ERP system
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
