About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor general and analytical accounting through to the preparation of the balance sheet
- Handle invoicing, provision entries, and VAT declarations
- Monitor the point of sale cash flow
- Establish accounting and management dashboards, as well as forecast budgets
- Participate in HR administrative management, including personnel administration, onboarding, payroll, and DSN preparation
Requirements
- BAC+2 degree in Accounting or Human Resources
- At least 3 years of successful experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in accounting and payroll techniques
- Strong command of IT and office tools
- Proven sense of confidentiality, organization, rigor, and autonomy
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in the retail industry (grande distribution)
- Experience working within an accounting firm
