Accountant

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end fixed asset cycle, ensuring accurate recording, capitalization, and reconciliation
• Partner with warehouse operations teams to track Capex project progress and validate asset coding
• Oversee marketing accruals and campaign accounting across three distinct entities
• Deliver comprehensive marketing variance analysis against budget
• Support month-end close process, audit preparation, and ad-hoc accounting or automation projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in the finance industry
• Experience with fixed assets and/or high volume accruals preferred
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
• Exposure to ERP systems, preferably Oracle Fusion Cloud
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
