About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage accounting, personnel administration, and payroll to support the performance of the retail point of sale
- Prepare financial statements in collaboration with the chartered accountant, including general and analytical accounting
- Monitor the point of sale cash flow
- Analyze data and establish accounting or management dashboards
- Act as a key interlocutor for teams and management to ensure data reliability
Requirements
- BAC+2 degree in accounting
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an accounting role
- Proficiency in accounting and payroll techniques
- Strong proficiency with IT tools
- Experience in the retail industry is preferred
- Recognized for confidentiality, organization, rigor, and autonomy
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
