Accountant – Global Lease

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review manual journals related to lease activity with strong supporting documentation
• Complete assigned lease account reconciliations in Blackline within established deadlines
• Partner with local country finance teams to respond to queries effectively
• Provide audit support for both internal and external reviews
• Support regional and global reporting, including monthly Balance Sheet and P&L flux analysis
• Drive excellence in monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
• Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and local regulations
• Contribute to local, regional, and global cross-functional projects
• Identify opportunities to streamline and elevate lease processes through continuous improvement

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Proven track record in a multinational environment and/or audit experience
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and ability to apply it in complex scenarios
• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or part-qualified ACCA/CIMA/CPA
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in written and spoken English
• Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with JDE, Blackline, Alteryx, and W-Desk
• Willingness to travel internationally as required
