Accountant

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable including supplier invoice entry in Xero and weekly payment runs
• Oversee accounts receivable, debtor management, and receipt allocation
• Perform daily bank transaction coding and complete bank reconciliations in Xero
• Process internal invoicing and support intercompany transactions across multiple entities
• Assist with month-end processes, data preparation, and financial documentation organization
• Provide general finance support including revenue tracking and system updates

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related discipline
• 2+ years of experience in public practice or a similar finance/accounts role
• Proficiency with accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Experience using Xero or similar accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
