Accountant (Fixed Asset)

Responsibilities

• Check accuracy of fixed asset invoices in accordance with current legislation
• Monitor supplier account balances and resolve payment deadline issues
• Register advance and guarantee invoices for construction suppliers
• Periodically inventory and label fixed assets and record results in accounting
• Monitor investment budgets and inform departments of limit exceedances
• Verify records and reconciliations related to fixed asset accounting provided by the Shared Service Center (SSC)
• Prepare or review monthly trial balances for class 2 accounts, guarantee accounts, financial leasing, and prepaid expenses

Requirements

• Relevant experience in general accounting
• Experience in fixed asset accounting and management
• Intermediate level of English
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
