About the Company

Fastighets AB Förvaltaren is Sundbyberg's public housing company. We own and manage approximately 6,700 homes and 200 commercial premises. With about 150 employees and a strong social mission, our ambition is to create safe and sustainable living environments for everyone.

Responsibilities

• Independently take responsibility for parts of the annual closing and annual report according to K3
• Prepare notes, documentation, and supporting materials for auditing
• Handle real estate VAT, tax calculations, and declarations
• Responsible for ongoing accounting
• Provide support in the development of routines and processes related to a new business system
• Drive various investigative matters

Requirements

• Several years of experience in qualified accounting work, including some within the real estate industry
• Solid knowledge of K2 or K3 and ÅRL
• Experience working independently with year-end closings and annual reports
• Good understanding of tax and VAT issues
• Experience collaborating with auditors and driving work forward with high quality

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with systems such as Fenix, Vitec, or Insikt
• Experience in asset accounting and project accounting
