Responsibilities

• Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable balances across emerging markets
• Process and reconcile accounts payable invoices for vendors and suppliers
• Conduct monthly reconciliation of AP/AR sub-ledgers against the general ledger
• Coordinate with sales and commercial teams to resolve customer account discrepancies
• Prepare weekly and monthly aging reports for payables and receivables
• Ensure compliance with local tax and regulatory requirements
• Support month-end and year-end close processes including accruals and intercompany reconciliations
• Maintain accurate documentation for all AP/AR transactions to ensure audit readiness

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 1-3 years of relevant AR experience, preferably in pharmaceutical, FMCG, or manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
