Accountant

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post routine journal entries
• Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Support month-end close processes
• Maintain fixed asset subledger and run depreciation
• Assist with tax filings and audit requests
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and discrepancies
• Create and maintain detailed SOPs and process maps

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3–5 years of professional experience
• Basic understanding of GAAP
• Proficiency in Excel including formulas, pivot tables, and lookups
• Experience working with ERPs and financial systems
