Accountant

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end finance and accounting processes for Coface Thailand and Vietnam
• Manage month-end and year-end closing activities in liaison with external firms and the Shared Service Center
• Prepare cash forecasts and monitor actuals, acting as a liaison with banking partners
• Lead the budget process and prepare monthly financial planning and analysis (FP&A)
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax firms for financial statements and tax filings
• Act as a level 1 control owner for internal audit, compliance, and risk management
• Collaborate with and provide guidance to the Shared Service Center team in India
• Drive operational excellence through process improvement and simplification

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting, FP&A, or audit
• Proven experience managing accounting functions within multinational corporations (MNCs)
• Experience driving finance process improvement and simplification initiatives
• Experience working with shared services teams and external accounting firm models

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certification such as Thailand CPA or CPD
