Accountant

Responsibilities

• Manage SAP Project System subledger, including releasing approved projects to receive costs
• Assist with reviewing invoices for accurate coding and working with business partners on new projects
• Support month-end close processes, including settlements, depreciation expense, and journal entries
• Perform General Ledger balance sheet and expense account analysis to resolve reconciling items
• Maintain Fixed Assets documentation and assist internal/external teams with audit and SOX compliance
• Prepare projected depreciation reports and participate in special corporate accounting projects

Requirements

• 1-2 years of accounting experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of SAP or an equivalent ERP system

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP, IFRS, or multi-country accounting experience
• Experience with SAP Project System and HFM
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong commitment to meeting daily, weekly, and monthly deliverables
