About the role
Responsibilities
- Confirm, document, book, and reconcile business transactions including incoming invoices and travel orders
- Manage receivables and communicate with customers and suppliers regarding payments
- Maintain master data for suppliers, including addresses, bank details, and email addresses
- Perform general administrative tasks and support internal and external reporting
- Reconcile balances with suppliers, customers, and other business partners
- Ensure compliance with directives, rules, and regulations
Requirements
- Economic education (high school or higher) is preferred
- Previous work experience in administration or accounting
- Basic proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate within a small group
