About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative and accounting follow-up for the store
- Control and reconcile cash flows, bank reconciliations, and gift vouchers
- Handle supplier cycles including invoice entry, credit notes, and payment preparation
- Participate in monthly closings and develop dashboards (turnover, margins, shrinkage)
- Prepare VAT elements and electronic transmissions
- Manage administrative mail and supplier contracts
- Provide management presence during store closing shifts
- Support field teams during peak activity periods
Requirements
- BAC+2 degree in accounting or SME management
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an accountant, preferably in retail or an accounting firm
- Proficiency in accounting and payroll techniques
- Strong organizational skills, rigor, and autonomy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and analytical thinking
- Proficiency with IT tools
