Accountant

Responsibilities

• Manage daily administrative and accounting follow-up for the store
• Control and reconcile cash flows, bank reconciliations, and gift vouchers
• Handle supplier cycles including invoice entry, credit notes, and payment preparation
• Participate in monthly closings and develop dashboards (turnover, margins, shrinkage)
• Prepare VAT elements and electronic transmissions
• Manage administrative mail and supplier contracts
• Provide management presence during store closing shifts
• Support field teams during peak activity periods

Requirements

• BAC+2 degree in accounting or SME management
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an accountant, preferably in retail or an accounting firm
• Proficiency in accounting and payroll techniques
• Strong organizational skills, rigor, and autonomy
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and analytical thinking
• Proficiency with IT tools
