About the Company

Avride is a rapidly developing company in the autonomous vehicle and delivery robot industry. We develop autonomous vehicle technology from scratch, leveraging the strong technical background of our core team and over seven years of experience in autonomous vehicle development.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, prepaid transactions, and month-end close tasks
• Manage accounts payable, Expensify, and fixed assets
• Support AP reconciliations and the AP run process
• Monitor GL accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Ensure adherence to internal controls over AP and fixed asset accounting
• Identify and propose improvements to streamline processes
• Assist in preparing documentation for internal and external audits

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3-5 years of general accounting experience, preferably in a U.S. GAAP based company
• Familiarity with NetSuite
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to cost accounting or expense allocation practices
• Understanding of equity or bonus compensation accounting
