Accountant

Responsibilities

• Support the Finance division by performing reconciliations, journal entries, and processes for assigned accounts
• Prepare AssureNET reconciliations and utilize Data-Sync'd accounts
• Perform and analyze journal entries in accordance with GAAP and company policies
• Execute complex period close procedures
• Provide customer and client support regarding reconciliation and account matters
• Support internal and external audits, including SOX required controls
• Suggest regular process improvements for assigned accounts

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2-3 years of professional accounting experience
• Strong experience in General Ledger and Balance Sheet reconciliation
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Previous experience working with ERP systems
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
