Responsibilities

• Ownership of financial accounting, including booking, account reconciliation, and preparation of financial statements
• Support for monthly, quarterly, and annual closings to ensure timely financial reporting
• Collaboration on the optimization and further development of existing finance processes and structures
• Support in daily operational business and related tasks within the finance team
• Stakeholder management and coordination with external tax advisors and international contacts
• Support for European subsidiaries and international finance topics

Requirements

• Solid experience in accounting and financial accounting
• Proficiency in common accounting software such as DATEV, Lexware, SAP, or comparable systems
• Independent, structured, and pragmatic working style with high quality standards
• Strong ownership mindset and hands-on mentality
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
• Experience in an international environment or dealing with European companies is an advantage
• Native-level German and solid English skills
