Accountant & Auditor

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts
• Conduct internal audits to ensure financial accuracy and compliance with company policies
• Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits
• Implement and maintain internal control systems to safeguard company assets
• Coordinate and lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process
• Ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations in India
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or auditing
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and Indian accounting standards
• Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel
• Knowledge of Indian tax laws and regulations
• Age 35+

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA
