Accountant AP (Accounts Payable)

Responsibilities

• Manage the P2P (Procure-to-Pay) function for the South Europe business in conjunction with Wipro and local accounting teams.
• Act as a liaison and problem solver between Wipro, Aggreko, and suppliers to resolve invoicing and payment issues.
• Perform reconciliation of all items impacting Finance, including invoicing, disputes, GRNI, debit balances, and payments.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to execute P2P projects and mitigate risks.
• Facilitate the standardization of P2P best practices regarding business processes, master data, and system use.
• Document business processes and procedures using workflow modeling techniques.
• Ensure audit-compliant documentation and adherence to internal controls.

Requirements

• Strong accounting background with solid General Ledger knowledge.
• Proven experience in Accounts Payable or P2P processes.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (experience with M3 is a plus).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Professional English proficiency is mandatory for daily communication with the Shared Service Center in India.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision in a dynamic, international environment.
