About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare client invoices and ensure prompt payment collection
- Manage office documentation and monitor cleaner attendance
- Prepare salaries for office staff and cleaners
- Record daily financial transactions and handle payouts
- Prepare monthly financial reports including Profit and Loss statements
- Control expenses and conduct daily cash flow counts
- Follow up on online transactions via Whish or bank transfers
- Serve as the first point of contact for new clients
- Oversee office cleaning arrangements and manage stationery orders
- Prepare meeting schedules and obtain supplier quotations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Expertise in analytical skills and financial statements
- Strong knowledge of finance and accounting
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
