About the role

Responsibilities

  • Prepare client invoices and ensure prompt payment collection
  • Manage office documentation and monitor cleaner attendance
  • Prepare salaries for office staff and cleaners
  • Record daily financial transactions and handle payouts
  • Prepare monthly financial reports including Profit and Loss statements
  • Control expenses and conduct daily cash flow counts
  • Follow up on online transactions via Whish or bank transfers
  • Serve as the first point of contact for new clients
  • Oversee office cleaning arrangements and manage stationery orders
  • Prepare meeting schedules and obtain supplier quotations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Expertise in analytical skills and financial statements
  • Strong knowledge of finance and accounting
  • Proficiency in accounting software
