Accountant

Responsibilities

• Utilize the 1C accounting system to process payment requests, prepare payment registers, reconcile bank statements, and record invoices.
• Perform regular reconciliations with both customers and suppliers.
• Maintain and update internal operational and financial tracking files.
• Act as an authorized signatory for UAE banking interactions, including submitting applications and managing data updates.
• Manage end-to-end banking documentation, including KYC/AML forms, UBO details, and service activation requests.
• Coordinate the process for changing authorized signatories, including document preparation and bank follow-up.
• Manage relationships with multiple banks simultaneously to ensure timely responses to all requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in finance.
• Proficiency in 1C accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• English language proficiency at a B2 level or higher.
• Hands-on experience in opening and managing corporate bank accounts within the UAE.
