Accountant

Responsibilities

• Utilize the 1C accounting system to process payment requests, prepare payment registers, and reconcile bank statements
• Record incoming and outgoing invoices for goods and services and perform reconciliations with customers and suppliers
• Maintain and update internal operational and financial tracking files
• Manage UAE banking operations, including acting as an authorized signatory and submitting applications or data updates
• Handle KYC/AML documentation, authorized signatory updates, and service activation requests
• Coordinate the end-to-end process for changing authorized signatories, including document preparation and bank follow-up
• Provide necessary corporate and financial documentation to banks, such as financial statements, UBO details, and source of funds justification
• Manage relationships with multiple banks and navigate various online banking platforms

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a finance role
• Proficiency in 1C and Microsoft Excel
• English language proficiency at a B2 level or higher
• Hands-on experience in opening and managing corporate bank accounts in the UAE
