About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor aging reports and follow up with customers on outstanding balances
- Assist with collections escalations
- Reconcile AR accounts and support month-end close activities
- Assist with monthly reconciliations, accruals, and adjusting journal entries
- Support audits by preparing documentation and responding to requests
- Review and approve Concur reports and corporate card transactions
- Maintain and reconcile prepaid expense accounts and general ledger entries
- Manage fixed asset records and tracking
- Maintain accurate balances for intercompany A/P and A/R transactions
- Generate ad hoc reports and identify process improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in a corporate setting
- Fluency in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the semiconductor industry
- Experience in international and remote team building
- Proficiency with Sage Intacct
