Accountant 2

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss flux analysis to identify key variances and trends
• Prepare and finalize financial statements, including casting and notes to accounts
• Lead and coordinate statutory and internal audits to ensure timely closure
• Manage compliance with STPI regulations and CSR tracking/reporting
• Oversee AR invoicing processes and ensure RBI compliance
• Support SAP S/4HANA implementation for General Ledger (GL) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Coordinate tax matters, including advance tax calculations and transfer pricing activities
• Perform forex analysis and support treasury-related activities for cross-border transactions

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of GAAP/Ind AS and financial reporting standards
• Proven experience working with ERP systems
• Analytical skills with the ability to perform complex financial variance analysis
• Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills
• High attention to detail and strong documentation practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3+ years of experience or CA (inter) with 7+ years of experience
• Direct experience with SAP S/4HANA
• Extensive experience in corporate accounting, audits, and taxation
• Exposure to multi-entity, global operations or legacy system integrations
