Account & Therapy Specialist, PD

Responsibilities

• Deliver designated therapy sales targets and KPIs through effective account management and sales processes.
• Highlight and sell the clinical benefits of Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) therapy to kidney doctors, pharmacists, and hospital leaders.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, planning, implementation, and closing opportunities.
• Collaborate with distributor teams to optimize tender and reimbursement processes for the PD portfolio.
• Provide high-quality clinical training and education to healthcare professionals (HCPs) and patients regarding product use and infection prevention.
• Support PD centers with patient onboarding and follow-up to ensure successful therapy implementation.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain Vantive's competitive positioning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, or a Medical Doctor degree.
• At least 3 years of experience in Medical Sales, as an Account Specialist, or in a related healthcare sales role.
• Proven expertise in tender management and staying updated on local laws and regulations.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
• Ability to be agile, decisive, and high-performing in a fast-paced environment.
