Account & Therapy Specialist, PD

Responsibilities

• Deliver designated therapy sales targets and KPIs through effective account management and the sales cycle.
• Highlight and sell the clinical benefits of Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) therapy to kidney doctors, nurses, and pharmacists.
• Manage accounts within the Hanoi and Northern area to identify growth opportunities and ensure superior customer service.
• Collaborate with distributor teams to optimize tender and reimbursement processes for the PD portfolio.
• Provide high-quality clinical training and education to healthcare professionals and patients regarding product use and safety.
• Support PD centers with patient onboarding and provide on-site therapy troubleshooting for equipment and products.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain Vantive's competitive positioning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, or a Medical Doctor degree.
• At least 3 years of experience in medical sales, account management, or related healthcare sales roles.
• Proven expertise in tender management and staying updated on local laws and regulations.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
• Ability to be agile, decisive, and high-performing in a fast-paced environment.
