About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow revenue within an assigned sales territory
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high retention
- Identify and develop opportunities to expand business within current accounts through upselling and cross-selling
- Prospect and acquire new customers within the territory to drive new business growth
- Develop and maintain strategic account plans for key customers
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular revenue forecasts
- Accurately manage and update sales opportunities and customer information in the CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product, and operations to deliver customer solutions
- Monitor territory performance, competitor activity, and market developments
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B and/or B2C sales, account management, or territory management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience managing existing accounts while simultaneously developing new business
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build long-term partnerships
- Solid commercial awareness with experience in negotiations, pricing, and contract discussions
- Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience using CRM systems to manage pipelines
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-starter with a high level of ownership, proactivity, and accountability
