Account Technician

Responsibilities

• Support Account Managers, Account Executives, and Producers via email, phone, and in-person interaction
• Manage and process Auto ID Cards, Certificates of Insurance, and Claims Reporting
• Handle policy and endorsement processing, invoicing, and accounting tasks
• Monitor and prioritize workload to meet deadlines with high attention to detail
• Assist in addressing client needs and supporting the Account Service Cycle
• Perform audits, applications, and special projects as needed

Requirements

• High School diploma required
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume workloads
• Ability to attain and maintain professional designations or licenses
• Willingness to travel limited amounts (less than 25%)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• Up to six months of related insurance experience
• Basic understanding of insurance principles
• Experience with Epic agency management software
