Account Technical Lead

Responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy across assigned accounts or territories to align solutions with customer business outcomes
• Act as the central coordination point for all technical engagements, determining when to engage specialists and partners
• Lead discovery for strategic opportunities, connecting customer pain points to measurable business value and ROI
• Partner with Account Executives to shape deal strategy, technical win themes, and identify expansion opportunities
• Engage with customer stakeholders as a trusted advisor for digital transformation and workflow optimization
• Provide direction and guidance to Technical Specialists and mentor team members to uplift regional capabilities

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience in technical sales, solution consulting, or similar customer-facing roles
• Strong understanding of AEC workflows across design, coordination, and construction
• Familiarity with the Autodesk ecosystem, including Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, and Autodesk Construction Cloud
• Experience positioning integrated, end-to-end workflows and platform strategies
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships
• Strong strategic thinking and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating in an orchestration or overlay technical role
• Familiarity with value-selling methodologies and ROI-based positioning
• Experience working in hybrid (direct and partner-led) sales environments
• Exposure to enterprise customers and large-scale digital transformation initiatives
• Experience mentoring or leading technical teams
