Account Team Unit Sales Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing sales management team across SME&C corporate accounts
• Drive digital transformation, cloud adoption, and revenue growth through customer- and partner-obsessed execution
• Coach managers and sellers on territory planning, pipeline generation, forecasting, and deal strategy
• Build trusted CXO-level relationships and act as an executive sponsor for key accounts
• Orchestrate internal resources and partner collaboration to deliver value propositions and business plans
• Hire, mentor, and support succession planning, change management, and team development

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of sales and negotiation experience, or related work experience
• 5+ years of people management experience
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Experience driving complex sales motions, forecasting, and account planning
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with limited travel

Preferred Qualifications

• 15+ years of software industry sales and negotiation experience with year-over-year growth
• 7+ years of people management experience
• Experience with complex sales methodologies and executive presentations
• Background in line-of-business applications, CRM, business process consulting, or automation
• Strong financial analysis and strategic planning skills
