Account Support Executive

Responsibilities

• Prepare subscription and license agreements for new and renewal business for online products
• Support the sales team by providing customer information, usage statistics, and entitlements
• Manage and update renewal tracking tools to provide reporting and guidance to the Sales Team
• Prepare quotes and contracts within CRM/ERP systems to trigger invoicing
• Act as the first point of contact for international customers regarding contract execution
• Coordinate customer correspondence and align new contract terms and fees
• Maintain high data quality within the Salesforce CRM system
• Generate reports and analysis on renewal sales progress for assigned regions
• Collaborate with internal departments including Finance, Legal, and Product Management

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master Degree (or equivalent) with a commercial interest
• Fluent in English (written and oral); additional languages such as German, Spanish, Italian, or French are a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
• Knowledge of Salesforce CRM and contracting systems
• Strong numeracy and analytical skills
• Proven experience in time and project management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
