About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end deal lifecycle within a designated sales territory, overseeing deal progress and ensuring timely execution.
  • Act as a key liaison between Sales, Operations, Finance, and Legal to structure and execute complex, high-value deals.
  • Monitor customer procurement and invoicing requirements, including purchase orders and process exceptions.
  • Manage account-level delinquencies by coordinating with relevant stakeholders to drive resolution.
  • Engage with customers regarding contested renewals and title-related discussions.
  • Support contract redlining and documentation for both renewals and new business opportunities.
  • Maintain and update documentation of region-specific processes to ensure operational accuracy.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize deal desk operations and streamline workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, customer support, or account coordination.
  • Native Japanese fluency and business-level English fluency.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce (CRM) or other ERP tools.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong understanding of deal structuring, pricing models, and contract workflows.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a global or regional sales support environment.
  • Knowledge of invoicing processes and purchase order workflows.
  • Familiarity with legal and commercial terms in contracts.
