Account Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead academic promotion activities for Acute products and execute market-aligned strategies.
• Communicate and provide pharmaceutical information to healthcare institutions and medical professionals.
• Monitor regional market dynamics and collect clinical and market intelligence to assist in strategy optimization.
• Ensure strict compliance with company policies, pharmaceutical representative management regulations, and all relevant laws.
• Conduct academic promotion activities within authorized drug categories, therapeutic areas, and assigned regions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Medicine, Pharmacy, or a related field (or equivalent professional technical title).
• 6+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a proven track record of high performance.
• Deep understanding of pharmaceutical industry workflows and professional clinical promotion skills.
• Strong commercial acumen and a result-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
• High level of integrity, proactivity, and a strong sense of responsibility.
