Account Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Play a lead day-to-day role in the planning and execution of client work
• Generate and deliver high impact creative counsel to achieve client goals
• Develop communications frameworks, plans, messages, and materials
• Review and provide input on written materials produced by junior staff
• Lead execution of media relations, social media, and events
• Pitch high-level media outlets and cultivate reporter relationships
• Mentor junior staff and provide constructive feedback
• Contribute to new business proposals and presentations
• Utilize AI tools for efficiency and quality in client work

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 4+ years of public relations or communications agency experience
• Proven experience executing media relations campaigns
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
