Account Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact for all executional details and brand operational success
• Own planning and implementation of client tactics from brief to launch
• Develop tactical briefs ensuring accuracy and alignment with client objectives
• Guide creative teams to develop high-quality, strategically sound, and error-free output
• Cultivate and maintain robust client relationships across multiple brands
• Translate client needs and market insights into actionable tactics
• Partner with internal Project Management and Business Management to ensure fiscal responsibility and budget oversight

Requirements

• 5 years of progressive account services experience within a healthcare communications or advertising agency
• Experience managing pharma/healthcare HCP and Consumer/Patient promotional marketing and advertising campaigns
• Expertise in the development and implementation of digital tactics including social media
• Exceptional client communication and independent relationship management skills
• Strong analytical skills for converting insights into actionable plans
• Knowledge of agency functional areas including strategic planning, creative, and medical direction
