Account Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day account operations and ensure all deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard
• Serve as a strategic resource and trusted contact for clients, anticipating their needs and managing requests
• Lead influencer marketing strategies, including sourcing, vetting, contracting, and end-to-end campaign execution
• Oversee media management, cultivating relationships with top-tier media and leading editorial coverage efforts
• Plan and execute campaigns and events, managing budgets, suppliers, and timelines
• Lead and mentor junior staff, delegating tasks and providing constructive feedback
• Support senior leadership (AD and VP) with proactive problem-solving and high-quality written communications
• Manage administrative tasks including reporting, status documents, and budget tracking

Requirements

• Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brand PR preferred
• Strong understanding of culture, trends, and influencer marketing
• Proven ability to manage teams and delegate effectively
• Excellent verbal and written presentation and communication skills
• Strong time management and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Ability to work in the US without visa sponsorship
